Introduction...

Welcome. The purpose of this blog is to share my personal observations about ITIL... mostly Version 3. The opinions expressed are, unless expressly noted, my own, and are not the responsibilty of my employer or clients.

I have been working in the ITIL arena as a consultant and trainer for the past three years. In fact, as I begin to cobble this blog together, my current class is fumbling their way through a practice exam, preparation for the real thing later this afternoon. This is the last ITIL class that I will be presenting for about three months. During that period I hope to have the time to post my observations on the training, and on the core books, perhaps contributing some level of clarity to them.
